Philly Balloon Co. is a company devoted to making organic balloon displays.

Owner, Haley, started Philadelphia Balloon Company after having her two daughters and discovering her love for balloon decorations while throwing their first birthday parties. Eventually, she started designing and installing balloon garlands at events for her friends and family.

Haley is passionate about balloons and will work with you to bring your vision to life.
