How do I place an order?

Please provide details about your event, including the date, location, and any specific design requests that you may have. Inspiration links and colors schemes are always extra helpful!

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least four weeks in advance to ensure availability and to allow us ample time to create your custom design.

Is there a fee for last minute orders?

Yes, we do add a fee on to orders that are placed within the same week (7 day period) as the event. It is 10% of the total order amount which allows us to expedite ordering all necessary materials for your custom design.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all of our balloon installations.

Do you charge a fee for delivery, installation and breakdown?

Yes! We charge 15% of the total order amount for installation and delivery, which is required for all balloon installations. We charge 5% of the total order amount for breakdown, but this is only added if materials are rented (backdrops, cutouts, etc.) and if requested by the client.

Can I customize the colors and designs?

Absolutely! We provide a wide range of color options and can work with you to create a design that fits your theme and preferences. We specialize in creating customized balloon designed tailored to your event’s theme, colors, and specific requests.

Will I receive a mockup of the design choices?

Yes! We provide detailed mockups of design choices for all custom installations. It allows you to visualize exactly what to expect at your event. We will provide as many mockups necessary until you are happy!

What is the difference between balloon garlands, balloon walls and balloon arches?

Balloon garlands are flexible and can be draped or hung in various shapes. Balloon walls are more structured and often stand upright as a backdrop for events. Balloon arches are shaped in an arch shape and are often used to walk under or over doorways.

What is fringe?

Fringe is a rented item and it starts at $10/ foot , with a minimum length of 3 feet.

What is the lifespan of balloon decorations?

Balloon decorations can last anywhere from several hours to a few days outdoors, depending on the type of balloons used and environmental factors, such as heat and sun exposure. Indoor balloon decorations have a longer lifespan and can last weeks, up to months inside. We recommend scheduling your installation close to your event time for the best results.

Can I use balloons outdoors?

Yes, balloon decorations can be used outdoors, but they require special attention. Heat and sunlight can cause balloons to expand and pop, so it's best to limit exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Are your balloons biodegradable?

Yes! We strive to use eco-friendly products whenever possible. All of our latex balloons are high-quality, biodegradable balloons, but we encourage proper disposal to minimize environmental impact. We also encourage our clients to think about resell/ reuse of their balloons so that they be used more than once prior to disposal.

How much do you charge for balloon garlands?

Balloon garlands start at $20/ foot.

Do you offer DIY kits for balloon garlands?

No, at this time, we do not offer DIY kits for balloon garlands.

Are there any safety concerns with balloon decorations?

Yes, it’s important to supervise children with balloons to prevent choking hazards. Additionally, we encourage safe disposal of broken balloons to keep the environment clean.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my order?
